Shipping & Returns
Delivery is free of charge anywhere in the UK Mainland, with the exception of certain parts of Scotland and the highlands (Call us if you are in these area's and we can obtain a quote from our couriers)
Delivery of smaller items like our cushions is free across the whole of the UK Mainland via Royal Mail.
For non-UK Mainland and international orders, we are happy deliver to a port/ shipping company of your choice. Please give our team a bell on 01234 834693 for more info.
Due to our extensive range of products we are unable to hold stock of everything. However we do not believe you should have to wait and eternity for your order. Stocked items can be delivered between 1-5 working days and we aim to deliver made to order items in 3-4 weeks as standard but this time may increase during school holiday periods.
We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address for delivery as indicated on your Order.
Delivery times indicated on our website are offered as estimates only. Although we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products on or before the date for delivery stated, the delivery times indicated are not guaranteed. We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances, all deliveries of Products will be dispatched within 70 days of receipt of payment.
Delivery of goods after estimated lead time is on the basis of no further claims against us for delay (indirect or consequential). We suggest that you do not dispose of existing products or furniture until your order is received. Please note that we are only able to make delivery to kerbside or ground floor entrances depending on access, and the delivery system.
We will only deliver Products for free within Mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands). Delivery charges addresses outside of the Mainland UK and in the Highlands of Scotland will vary. Please also note that free delivery is carried out in normal business hours (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday). Delivery at any other time or day will require additional payment.
Once manufactured (please call for individual item lead times), products are despatched via the factory’s own transports or a third party carrier. A transaction containing several products may be delivered in separate consignments.
Delivery will be kerbside or ground floor entrance only. The purchaser may be required to provide free assistance to an unaccompanied driver. Delivery queries including shortages and damages must be notified in writing by 10am on the day following delivery, otherwise Education Furniture cannot be held responsible.
Please email the educationfurniture customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org along with the reason for return and one of our representitives will come back to you. If your product has damage, please email us photos as well.
